In the Know Luncheon

We plan our day in our head...we run thru what our day is going to look like, during our shower or our drive to work.  We plot out what needs to be accomplished, maybe we vow to hit the gym, get the chicken out for dinner, or maybe pick up more toilet paper.  The one thing we forget to plan is our happiness...we expect happiness to just show up at our doorstep like a pizza delivery…it doesn’t. 

Happiness takes work, it’s like a muscle, it takes energy and intentionality to grow it and feel it. I am going to share with you the science behind happiness, why it’s so darn good for us and ways we can grow our happiness muscle using evidence-based strategies.
