Get your Cholesterol, Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure tested. Fast for better results!
Join Community Health & Wellness for a free health fair at Mid-Continent Public Library's Riverside branch. We will be offering screenings for blood pressure, fasting cholesterol and blood sugar. Fasting for 8 hours preferred.
Pre-registration is available, walk-ups are welcome.
Optional A1C testing is available for $10.
