Community Health Meeting at Library Sept. 26

The Northland Health Alliance is in the next Community Health Assessment cycle for the Northland. As part of the process, NHA is gathering data from a community health survey and hosting community forums where residents can share their perspectives on access to healthcare and healthy living resources. Forums are open to anyone who lives in Clay or Platte county and there will be FREE food, childcare, and $25 gift cards for participants!

Forums will be at the following dates/locations:

• Thursday, September 26th from 6-7:3pm at Mid-Continent Library in Riverside

• Tuesday, October 1st from 6-7:30pm at Excelsior Springs Hospital

• Saturday, October 19th from 12-1:30m – Location TBD
