This is a valuable resource available to small businesses across Missouri. Since 1979, the Department of Labor Consultation Service has been helping employers comply with OSHA regulations, avoid costly fines and penalties, and, most importantly, reduce workplace injuries and illnesses.

This free and confidential service is available by invitation only—you control the scope of the consultation, and we tailor our approach to your specific needs. Typically, they conduct an on-site walk through to help identify potential hazards and provide reasonable time frames for correction. They can also assist in evaluating your site-specific safety and health programs.

Their goal is to support Missouri businesses in creating safer, healthier workplaces—without the burden of enforcement or penalties.
